SIBA Membership Information

Active for over 25 years, SIBA was formed to promote bicycle riding and safety on Staten Island. We appeal to bicyclists who enjoy group riding but don't want to race. We have rides and fun for all skill levels.

The association is affiliated with the League of American Bicyclists (LAB), the International Mountain Bicycling Association (IMBA) and the New York Bicycling Coalition.

Membership fees are modest. Individual membership is $20 per year and for a family it is $25. Fees are due in February and registration is active for the calendar year.
